We had asked Luca Design to design and produce some panels for an exhibition at very short notice. The day before the exhibition we had a midday call from them, the company who were printing the panels had gone into liquidation and could no longer supply the panels. Luca had had no warning about this and said they would do everything in their power to get the problem resolved but stated that at this late stage they couldn't guarantee that they would be produced in time. They were actually working off site at the time at a photo shoot and yet we had our panels complete by 6pm the same day.
