This lady, named Jane, is lying on the ground, she has an itch on her back. A friend of hers, Nancy, who we never see as she's off camera, is helping Jane relieve that itch by holding on to Jane's ankles and sliding her 6 inches backwards and forwards vertically along the wooden floor many times over in a loop. The camera is on a fixed tripod and doesn't move throughout. The intense relief shows on Jane's face.
