saving as a template
go to your list under team site and open it>click cog top right> select list settings in drop down menu>under permissions and management click 'save list as template'>
Open template
go to team site>Click new and select app from the drop down menu>either use the find app search field or scroll until you find the template>click the app and it will invite you to name it and create a new list

✅ Method 2: Using Excel and "Export Table to SharePoint List"
Open your Excel file.
Format your data as a table (Ctrl + T).
Go to Table Design → Export → Export Table to SharePoint List.
Enter the SharePoint site URL.
Provide a name for the list.
Click OK.
Excel will push your data into a new SharePoint list.
• try and lose the scroll bars from the top right list
• look into conditional formating or using css
• can you re-order rows yes you create a new column called arrange, make it a number or drop down list. Put in number in the column to the order that you want the rows. Use the sort function at the title of the column, now choose to have that column not show and save the view
• having changed the stage 6 list, can you do the same with the others for gill, adding name of project and losing 'title' done
