The attached documentation provides copies of the NEC4 Contract and NEC4 published guidance notes.
In addition to the NEC publications, a suite of documents for use by FCDO Services on both FCDO and FCDO Services projects is also available. These are provided for Main Options A-F, the Short Contract, the Professional Services Short Contract and the Professional Services Contract and generally include the following to assist the Project Manager in the production of tender documentation;

• Contract Data - template (for worked example refer to NEC guidance notes)
• Works Information - template and worked example
• Site Information - template and worked example
• Communication template forms

For contract administration during the construction phase, standard templates are provided for Main Options A-F, the Short Contract, the Professional Services Short Contract and the Professional Services Contract for the Project Manager, Supervisor, Contractor, and Client. A communications plan is also provided and should be included in tenders.
